Underheard Studio (studio.underheard.ai) is a platform teams use to collect product feedback through short voice interviews. Questions or requests: support@underheard.ai.

Google sign-in

When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address. We use them only to authenticate you and identify your account. We never receive your password, we do not share or sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Other data

Information you enter or record while using the service is used only to provide the service to you and your organization.

Cookies

We use authentication cookies to keep you signed in and a language preference cookie for one year. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Deletion

To ask about your data or request its deletion, write to support@underheard.ai.

Text messages (SMS)

Some Underheard programs send text messages, for example a link to a voice interview or a reminder after you agreed to it on a call with our voice assistant. This is how those messages and your number are handled.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is passed only to the messaging providers that deliver the texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

Message frequency varies by program. Most people receive between one and four messages per study or call they take part in. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@underheard.ai. The full messaging terms are in our Terms and Conditions.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and its date.
